Business hours for in-person visits are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Korea Standard Time, KST/UTC+9).

We do not provide consultations on weekends, national holidays, or any other holidays. Inquiries left during these times will be answered in order once business hours resume.
