The IP of the IP camera is not detected.

    A

If the IP Search program does not detect the network-style IP camera setup, some first things to check.

    1. Normal power-in status of the product (AC24V or DC12V)
Workaround: The XVAS family has different supported power schemes (AC/DC). Please refer to the user manual supplied together.

    2. Network cabling status between product and server
Workaround: If the cable is in normal condition, check if the LEDs on the switch hub and LAN terminal are illuminated normally.

    3. Network Status
Workaround: Check the ping test using the ping command on Windows cmd.

    4. Check the same local status of the camera and server
Workaround: When configuring the network of the camera and server, the camera and server must have the same IP band.
If ex) Camera [192.168.1.2] the server must be [192.168.1.xxx].
